As part of your contract you agree that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.

Your details will be stored on a computer according to the terms in the Data Protection Act 1998.

All goods remain the property of The Station Dolls House Co. until payment is made in full.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.

The Station Dolls House Co. reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.

All products and services are subject to availability and could be withdrawn at any time.  If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will offer you a replacement or give a full refund.

Payment

We can accept payment by cheque, postal order and credit card.

Delivery

Delivery is by a reputable carrier.

We aim to despatch all orders normally within 14 working days of receipt of order, but as each house is made to order, in busy times please allow up to 28 days.

Delivery and packaging charges are free of charge for standard delivery within the United Kingdom.

Returns

You will be responsible for covering the cost of carriage on any items you return and for ensuring the safe delivery of any returns.
